To understand make easily, Associate master data is been divided into 2 section.
1. Associate Info
2. Communication Info
Associate info:
1. Associate Name: It refers to the name of the associate company / Industry.
2. Associate ID: In order to make differentiate, Even though we have associate with same names.
3. Associate Type: Depending upon the associates work theme or services that they provide, This associate type will be changes field to field.
4. Contact Name:
This field ensures the right person from the associate side to represent their company details.
5. Referred: It is defined as the, to whom you have directed to someone or something for establishing the business relationship.
Communication info:
1. Contact Information: In contact information section, Generally we see primary & secondary phone numbers, mobile number, fax number, Email address and website.
2. Address: Address details of the associate.
3. Location: By allocating the nearest location to the associate, All the necessary things will be handle from that location.
4. Sales Rep: From ERP management, One sales representative will be assigned to that associate. For bringing the projects / orders.
5. Internal Notes:
Internal notes will be maintained with in the management for adding remarks / comments.
